Chablis 1 er Cru Vaucupin, is a 1 er Cru from the right bank (the bank where the Chablis Grands Crus are also located). The name of this climate can mean the valley, formerly redistributed between several owners or the valley of the Copin family. Its orientation is due south and its terroir resembles an ocean of white limestone.
TASTING
Beautiful pale white gold color with soft green highlights.
The nose is expressive and racy. It reveals an aromatic purity with floral and finely citrus nuances.
The mouth expresses fine and fresh notes of white flowers. The finish combines purity, maturity and finesse.
