Bonazzi Dario e Fabio is a small family winery, highly appreciated by its quality wines. Located in the heart of Valpolicella.
This wine is not produced every year but only in years in which the climatic conditions are excellent.
NOTES:
Colour: ruby red color with violet reflections.
Bouquet/taste: as soon as it is poured, hints of caramel, leather and spices predominate, among which black pepper is distinguished.Left to breathe in the glass, it opens in a kaleidoscope of warmer shades that touch chocolate, freshly roasted coffee and the custard.
Food pairings: ideal for meat dishes, excellent companion of cold cuts.
