Chablis 1 er Cru Les Fourneaux, is a 1 er Cru from the right bank (the bank where the Chablis Grands Crus are also located). With a beautiful southern and south-eastern exposure, the poor and stony clay soil gives excellent ripeness to the grapes. In this warm terroir, the harvest date is meticulously determined in order to guarantee optimal maturity while maintaining the freshness essential to the balance of the wine.
TASTING
This wine is full bodied and harmonious. The mellowness and acidity arecombined to perfection. The finale is lasting and elegantly complex.
